2013-08-01 - Cone Collectors

A lot of work goes into running an event the size of the Isle of Man TT in such a small place. The course occupies a sizeable proportion of the island's major roads, meaning that a lot of measures need to be put into place during the practice and race weeks. Pictured here is the straight from Kate's Cottage to Creg-ny-Baa and each day they put out and collect many hundreds or even thousands of traffic cones. I was surprised by how many they used but I guess they really wanted to get the message across!
