2005-08-02 - Into The Light
Even before I arrived in New Zealand, I had some visions of photos I wanted to capture. One of those visions was of the sun against a blue sky with an airborne snowboarder somewhere in the mix...
While I didn't quite manage the airborne part, I was pleased to come up with this photo. It was a bit of a reflex shot as I saw him walk past - fortunately I had the camera already setup for it. Fill flash was provided by my trusty Nikon SB-800, which I'm loving more every time I use it.
