My favourite part of watching the Gnaouas play in Essaouira was their amazing athletic abilities that they combined with their performances. It was always a challenge in the low light to catch them in full flight and while I didn't get any perfect moments, I quite liked this one. Although it is taken from a lower angle, you can get some idea of the impressive height of the jump - all while not missing a beat!
