During the mid-point of the Island Vibe Festival, the local people of Minjerribah (Stradbroke Island) organise various performances to showcase their culture. It is a nice addition to the festival and always provides plenty of good photo opportunities. In this shot, one of the dancers, Patrick Coolwell, can be see in full concentration during his performance.
On another note, today marks 6 months (181 days) of daily photographs since I restarted the photo log at the beginning of the year. It is hard to believe we're already half way through the year but it has been fun editing and sharing all these images so far...
